Episode Nine: The Beast

Dianamon: "I would assume something belonging to the Seadramon species would be dwelling within the ocean somewhere."

Taiyo: "Maybe we should go find it."

She says between chattering teeth.

Wizardmon: "Terriermon could be right. With all of you together, it would be more likely to attack you all at once, believing that eliminating all of you at once would be more efficient."

Dianamon:<We would be disadvantaged if we tried to fight it in the sea.>

Eve:<How would we draw it out?>

E"Then I vote we wait somewhere warmer."

Wizardmon: "That may be wise for your own sake. MetalSeadramon spent some time in the far north assualting Vikemon until recently. Tye cold won't be a hinderance, but something as strong as it will."

Azuma: "I guess we fly south then."

Dianamon:<I suppose it would be best.>

Cameron:<A big fan of the cold?>

*Dianamon nods*

R"So you're going to come too, right? I mean, I'm not saying that you owe us or anything, but you did need those 2 to break you out, & we did fly them here, so yeah, I am, in fact, saying that you owe us. Because you do."

Wizardmon: "How disrespectful. One of your own has been bestowed the power to achieve Mega level and you still believe Dianamon is in your debt?"

Sorcerymon: "A lot has changed in such a short period of time. We have no word on the other Olympians nor can we discern their whereabouts at this point in time."

R"I believe that if the psychotic robot sea serpent gets through us, he'll be coming for you next."

*He points at Wizardmon.*

R"Also, I didn't say that it was nice to see either of YOU again either! So there! You thought you tricked me! But no! How does that make you feel?!"

E"Stop arguing with the jerks in the goofy hats & dresses, & let's go already!"

Dianamon:<Thank you again, Lady Dianamon. We are eternally grateful.>

*So terriemron and Biyomon digivolve*

Sorcerymon: "Thank you for your assistance."

Azuma and Hitomi board Nefertimon and take flight. Taiyo and Renamon do their thing of hanging on to Saberdramon's foot.

E"Don't you think it's safer to ride on Dorugreymon's back than to hang off of a bird's leg?"

*Saberdramon takes off, followed by Rapidmon. Dianamon nods at the the wizard digimon*

*She takes off as well*

It's now too late to answer as Saberdramon has taken off and DoruGreymon's back is full of wings that look like carrying one person would be difficult.

Witchmon: "I am not convinced they'll be able to do anything. The appearance of that Mega level didn't even make any difference in the Digital World."

Sorcerymon: "Perhaps it was felt elsewhere. And wasn't what you said earlier a tad hypocritical? You spoke to Nefertimon as if she had no choice but to follow a path created for her, but you did nothing of the sort with your own life."

Witchmon: "What of it?"

*Flying!*

*Same, I guess.*

As the remnants of Freezeland fade from view and the vast emptiness of the ocean takes over, in the distance a purple flash comes into view and eventually an island comes into view where a battle is taking place.

As they get closer, harpoons come firing out of the water at them, Nefertimon flying to evade them.

On the island below, BlackWarGreymon slaughters multiple Divermon, absorbing their data.

*Everyone flies out o the way of the harpoons, then Rapidmon fires at the water below while the other digimon head to the island*

*Evade & counterattack.*

Most of the attacks are focused on the BlackWarGreymon slaughtering the Divermon.

In a brief moment of clarity, BlackWarGreymon feels a familiar presence closing in and at that moment it's pelted with harpoons from some Divermon coming ashore.

It takes to the air charging an attack.

*Everyone aims for the Divermon, trying not to hit BWG*

E"Is he crazy? He can't pick a fight like that without back-up."

*So they head in, DoruGreymon firing bigass cannonballs at the Divermon below & WarGrowlmon & Lilamon shooting spears out of the sky with their plasma blade things & lasers, respectively.*

BlackWarGreymon: "Terra Destroyer!"

Nefertimon flies high as the attack makes contact on the enemies below, several Divermon are destroyed.

For a brief moment, the Crest of Courage flashes on the blank shield on its back, Euryale's Crest flashes as if reacting to it, BlackWarGreymon looked up at WarGrowlmon.

BlackWarGreymon: "The Duke of Courage....?"

G<No, sorry, must be some other Guilmon.>

E"Hey, your crest did a thing & so did mine!"

*She points from BlackWarGreymon to her chest.*

R"Hold that thought. Are you retarded or just trying to get yourself killed?"

A"Can you please not yell at the big, scary, armored dinosaur who throws suns?"

R"I'll yell at him if I want to!"

D<Yeah! Jerk! You're not so tough! Come at me, I'll take you on with just my TAIL!>

R"No, YOU should probably dial it down."

D<Aww....>

Dianamon:<Peace Dorugreymon.>

Eve:<Who are you?>

More harpoons pelt it as it's lost in its own world. It unleashes waves of fire at the Divermon and flies up into WarGrowlmon's grill, staring at Euryale.

BlackWarGreymon: "Bring forth the Duke of Courage!"
