Taiyo: "We're in the south?"

Renamon stands in front of Taiyo. It's a fairly helpless gesture as she has no chance of standing up to a god, but it's her first instinct.

Zuuquaimon<You dare defend one of these beasts after they've defiled this land, by bringing the one responsible for our destruction?>

*Barbatos & Kurata approach from behind Senthose. Kurata takes out a tissue & wipes the "blood" from his head.*

Kurata<That's a big one. Do you think you can destroy it?>

Senthose<Without Mega? Probably not alone. With help? It's difficult to say.>

Kylie:<Professor?!>

*Kylie takes a step forward then stumbles*

<No...>

Renamon: "She is my partner. I will fight alongsode and protect her until the day comes where I no longer can."

Azuma: "That's a shocking turn of events."

E"You...you tried to have me killed!"

*She points at him, accusatory. He pushes up his glasses.*

Kurata<Yes, I did. You had your chance to join us, but then you became a liability. And as Senthose has indicated, I don't much need any of you anymore.>

T"But Doctor...why would you do this...? I don't...."

Kurata<I don't expect you to understand. You meddling kids can never understand what's right in front of you. These creatures are dangerous, dirty beasts. They don't belong in your world, in my new world, & they need to be exterminated.>

A<Hey...you're not sneezing!>

Kurata<You really are a simpleton, aren't you? This is your last chance to join the winning side. Save for Kylie, of course, who is already one of my own.>

Zhuqiaomon<Enough of this. Burn!>

*Zhuqiaomon flares its wings, releasing a torrent of fire, heedless at the fact that the Tamers are standing between him & Kurata. Wizardmon erects a blue beehive barrier around herself & Thiera, while Agumon Warp Digivolves to Metal Greymon, turns, & fires a Giga Blaster into the blaze, in the hopes of softening the blow. Euryale swipes her armor card, then grabs Taiyo, shielding as much of her as possible.*

Kurata<Yes, I agree. It's showtime!>

*Electricity crackles around Kurata, & he becomes enveloped in a dark Digivolution Aura, which rapidly swells to a huge size. Meanwhile, Senthose & Barbatos Digivolve to Myotismon & LadyDevimon, respectively.*

Renamon Warp Digivolves to Taomon and stands before Euryale and Taiyo, erecting a shield.

Patamon and Salamon Digivolves as well, Angewomon erecting her own shield to protect the two humans while MagnaAngemon uses his own shield to defend himself, Excalibur drawn.

Kylie:<I will never be yours, you traitor!>

*Lunamon and Crescemon both digivolve, and try to shield their partners by firing into the blaze*

*Even with all of that, the shields are quickly blown away & everyone goes skidding across the ground, coming to a stop behind Kurata, Senthose & Barbatos having taken to the air to avoid the worst of the blast. Kurata's Digivolution Aura explodes outwards, blowing the flames out like a candle, & revealing him as Belphemon. He roars & lunges, clawing into Zhuquaiomon's wings & biting its throat.*

Senthose<Reinforcements will be here in no time. Time to finish the plan.>

*Senthose presses a button on his Digivice & the Space Oscillation Bombs begin to glow & become hot.*

E"Quickly, get rid of them!"

*Thiera tosses hers over the side. For her part, Euryale lobs it like a baseball, hoping that it'll do something to Kurata when it explodes.*

*Everyone tosses them at Kurata as well*

OOC: I used that track in the first D3 for MetalSeadramon, so...

The three hurl them towards the enemy, Azuma throwing his at Senthose.

*Most of them miss widely, including the one aimed at Senthose. They detonate in white explosions, which destroy a section of the path. The few at risk of hitting Kurata, he waves his hand & they simply shimmer & fade out of existence. Zhuquiaomon uses the chance to breathe fire in his face, shaking himself loose & taking to the sky, at which point he bites a Crimson Lightning & a Nightmare Wing in the face. Large numbers of Gizumon begin descending from the sky. Wizardmon hops aboard MetalGreymon & they fly up towards Senthose & Barbatos.*

*Kylie slashes Hyper Wing and Crescemon follows MetalGreymon, firing a storm of dark and ice arrows at Senthose. Karatenmon follows, using Feather Flare on Barbatos*

Azuma: "MagnaAngemon, off with his head."

MagnaAngemon flies towards Myotismon while Angewomon fires Holy Arrows at the Gizmon. Taomon attacks the Gizmon as well, hurling sutras like shuriken.

*Belphemon turns & roars. From his mouth, space tears open, a white void moving towards them rapidly. Before they know it, they're swallowed by light. The next thing they know, they're falling from the sky at roughly the height of a low flying airplane towards a grassy plane spotted with a few small cliffs.*

E"Holy shit!"

*MetalGreymon moves under her as she reaches for Taiyo's hand, to catch them. Wizardmon jumps from his head, Digivolves to LadyDevimon, & grabs Thiera.*

*Back in Japan, a thick layer of smog has suddenly arose. A lightning bolt strikes the Hypnos Building. The new Tamers note that every appliance in their house is malfunctioning, every screen flickering, every speaker making roaring & burning noises, & every clock flashing 6:06:06, even though it's barely past noon.*

OOC: One good track that you weren't even the first to use. Yep, you're on a roll all right.

Taiyo reaches for Euryale while the angels fly to grab their partners.

Hideki sets to turning his computer off, proper shut down procedure be damned.

Hideki: "Monodramon."

Monodramon: "Yes, Hideki?"

Hideki: "Our time may be at hand."

*Karatenmon grabs Cameron, then flies down towards the cliff*

*Lyra throws her phone across her bedroom*

<Seriously!?>

*Kotemon stares out of a window*

OOC: Kylie & her partner should not be there, I'd neglected to mention that. So, keep that in mind, & edit as appropriate, because it's not too late to fix it.

*Now her wall is chipped. Compared to that, the shadowy form of a giant bird-monster soaring past the window hardly seems like an issue.*

T"Where exactly are we?"

*Cameron turns around to look in all directions. Not seeing Kylie, his face becomes very fearful*

*Lyra goes over to check her wall, however her hand is grabbed my Kotemon*

Lyra:<Kotemon?>

*Kotemon drags her over to the window, that she then looks out of*

Azuma: "I don't think we're in Kansas anymore."

*The shadowy form of a demonic monster follows suit. The land shakes as through struck by an earthquake, & everyone's D-Powers start beeping & vibrating.*

*Euryale & Thiera look around when they hear him call out, & see that he's looking around.*

T"She must not have gotten sent to...wherever we were."

Biyomon:<Kurata mentioned she was under his control. Maybe the parasimon has something to do with it?>

Azuma: "Perhaps she's still wherever we were."

Hideki looks to his D-Power.

*They see the dots of wild Digimon appearing all over the city.*

E"That all sounds about right."

*Euryale smashes her fists together with a large clanging noise.*

E"Damn it, Kurata's been playing us this whole time! We have to get back there & stop him!"

All very shocking. Except not really.

Azuma: "We don't even know where here is let alone where it is in relation to there."

Hideki: "Let's go."

He takes his D-Power while Monodramon opens and goes out the window.

Cameron:<I can't believe we didn't figure it out.>
