Name: Noctis Talea.
Appearance: Noctis is a slender girl who has fairly pale skin, and long black hair she keeps pulled back into a ponytail that barely reaches the nape of her neck. Her eyes are such a dark shade of brown that they look almost black. She doesn't really have a particular interest in fashion, and will usually just wear her school uniform with a black jacket over it. She stands at just about 5'4''.
Her plugsuit is black with white accents.
Age: 17.
Skills: Eva Pilot.
Bio: A quiet, thoughtful girl, Noctis was raised primarily by her older brother, having lost her parents before she could even truly form memories of them. Her brother tried to provide a stable environment for her, but during the time after second impact it was practically impossible under the best circumstances, let along for two young orphans. Eventually they managed to place roots in Nevada after Zac found a job working at NERV. She agreed to become an Eva Pilot mostly at her brother's insistence.
Personal items: She wears her mother's gold wedding band on a simple, and thin chain around her neck.

Evangelion
Designation: Combat Type
Appearance: The coloration of the Eva is opposite to that of Noct's plug suit, being predominantly white with black accents. The head of the Eva looks like so, while the body is your standard Eva save for the fact that it only has one shoulder pylon, on the left side.

Human
Name: Zac Talea.
Appearance: Stands at 6' flat, with the thin, yet muscular, build of a runner. Has an olive complexion, differing from his sister thanks to having a different father. His hair reaches between his shoulder blades. It is silk smooth, and kept tied in a ponytail. His eyes are the same dark brown as his hair. He also wears a pair of glasses, though he still see fairly well without them.
Age: 28.
Skills: Staff Sergeant, primarily working as a through way for information traveling between the commanding officer, and the subordinate units, and vice versa.
Bio: Orphaned by Second Impact, Zac was forced into the role of caregiver at an early age. Struggling to provide for his sister, Zac resorted to stealing and cheating to survive. By the time he was 18, however, Zac managed to land a job as an assistant to a NERV official who used to work with his mother. Through a mixture of dumb luck, and kissing the right asses, he was able to land himself a position that could provide for himself and his sister.
Personal items: A pocket knife he found shortly after Second Impact.
Other: After years of struggling, and trying to comfort his sister with what he knew were lies, Zac has a grown to have a particularly bitter outlook on life. He is skilled at not letting it affect his otherwise cheerful demeanor.

Name: Dr. Eve Tantus
Appearance: A tall, stern looking young women with pale yellow hair cut to her shoulders, and yellow-gold eyes. Eve normally wears a dark purple button-up shirt,
khaki pants, and plain black shoes. On top of her clothes she wears a white lab coat.
Age: 28
Skills: Bioengineer and the Chief of Project E/Technical Division
Bio: An English immigrant who moved to The US for development of the Evangelion units. Eve's parents were nuclear physicists working on energy research when they
invited to take part in the Katsuragi Expedition when Eve was 13. Eve was attending boarding school at the time, and was unable to see her parents off. This became
a huge mistake when news of the Second Impact reached her. Eve not only lost her parents, but most of her mother's family, as they lived in the British isles.

After things calmed down, Eve was transferred to the custody of her paternal grandmother, eventually graduating with honors from Cambridge and receiving her PhD in
bioengineering. Already having a connection to Nerv from her parents, she joined and became one of the heads of Project E. She is currently stationed in Nerv 02.  
Personal items: Has an old pocket watch that belonged to her paternal grandfather.
Other: Used to swim for stress relief. This has an unfortunate habit for giving her hair a greenish tint.

Name: Heihachi Hayashida
Appearance: Is 180 cm tall, black hair with a tint of blue, dark eyes and is lanky. Usually wears work clothing which are a dark shirt, a pair of blue work wear pants and steel-toe boots. Outside work he tend to wear jeans and a shirt or jersey, unless at home.
Age: 27 years
Skills: Mechanic who can weld, lathe turner, milling machine and basic electrics.
Bio: Is of Japanese decent and by pure luck his family was on vacation in US when Second Impact occurred and thus survived that part, however, many of his relatives died. During his teens he worked with various kinds of mechanics and because of having a knack for it, he eventually got employed by NERV, originally to do maintenance on equipment but today he does a lot of work on prototype equipment for the Eva. In the cases when there is no prototype work, he does maintenance on regular Eva equipment.
Personal items: Hajnyckel and a flashlight
Other: Others often perceive him as eccentric and/or introvert with a peculiar sense of humor. He has a tendency at answering "yes yes I’ll look into it" when people bothers him when he's in the middle of something, acting bossy or bitchy towards him because they seem to think their issue have top priority and he doesn't feel like spending time and effort arguing with them why it isn't. This never happens with his boss, though. On the other hand, he tend to be quite condescending to people who does that and has worked there longer than him and though he may not say it, he feels "the answer to all your problems is that you are stupid". Of course, he can if asked at the right time and in the right way tell great many things, like how various equipment work. Got a small workshop of his own which he can lock.

Name: Heide Beier
Appearance: Is 165 cm tall, got dark-blonde hair, blue eyes and light skin. The plugsuit is cobalt blue with indigo accents. Wearing his school uniform most of the time. Doesn’t keep too close an eye at fashion and usually just goes for comfortable clothes.
Age: 15 years
Skills: EVA pilot
Bio: Is of German descent but due to his mother’s work they moved to US, the mother (Gudrun Beier) being a computer engineer/scientist who worked within the NERV organization by writing programs, scripts and coding but died at work after Second Impact. His father (Willie Beier) raised him and he is still living with him, despite the father's initial opposition of his son working for the same organization for which his wife died. Often observing and considering things around him, he may at times be quite reserved, though at other times he can be impulsive if something catches his interest. His childhood dream was to become a ballet dancer but because of various reasons he couldn’t and was thus happy to be an Eva pilot.
Personal items: A necklace she got from his mother which he wears under his clothes except when in an EVA due to safety concerns.
Other: Though he speaks English fluently, it happens he starts speaking in German when talking to his father or the Eva.

Evangelion
Designation: Prototype/test bench
Appearance: Looks like Unit 01 except for the horn and the rectangles protruding from the shoulders. Main colour is purple and secondary colour is teal, the soles of the feet are orange. However, since it’s used as a test bench for alpha and beta tests of equipment in development, I assume its appearance changes occasionally.

Other: Heide sometimes calls her Eva "Pluttegull" or "Gulleplutt".

Name: Axel Reinard
Appearance: Axel is 5'9" with a wiry build, a gaunt face and moderate-length black hair kept slicked back, hazel eyes and fair skin. At work he wears a uniform almost exactly like that of Kōzō Fuyutsuki, but a few shades darker with a radio transceiver fixed to the right shoulder and a pistol and flashlight clearly secured to his belt.
Age: 35
Skills: Chief Security Officer in NERV-02, responsible for personnel, physical assets and information.
Bio: Axel Reinard never truly knew his own feelings, or understood the people around him. He was born to a poor migrant family in the central US, and though they knew of this problem, he never saw a doctor or received diagnosis. All of his childhood was spent trying to learn what he was feeling, and trying to copy the other kids. His frustration built up over years of failing to understand, failing to fit in, and never smiling for 13 years.
His father died when Axel was 14, and he found himself feeling deep grief for the first time in his life. He cried openly, and was so shocked by the basic feeling that he began to cry tears of joy. His mother understood, and told him he had a beautiful smile. He learned how to smile that day, and smiled as much as he could forever afterwards.
He ended up working in the police force, earning just enough money to give his mother a comfortable last few years of life while essentially still living in poverty himself. He did not cry when she died, but instead chose to keep on smiling like she would have wanted. The Second Impact occurred soon after she died, but he was able to keep on living and working. He worked with the police for 6 years and left with distinction at age 25. He found work with a small security firm and flourished. He essentially became a co-owner of the firm until moving on to work with a much larger group, still in security. Once again he was an invaluable asset to his employers, who were sad to see him leave when he left to work for NERV. He has since become CSO of NERV-02, and lives in a tiny apartment nearby.
Personal items: 1 standard issue sidearm, 1 flashlight, 1 shoulder-fixed radio transceiver, and an old soccer ball kept in his office at NERV.

Name: Astarte Cyprus
Appearance: Astarte is 5'4" and slightly built, with bright blue eyes and waist-length brown hair kept in a ponytail. Outside of piloting she tends to wear a white peacoat (when appropriate), plain white or sky blue shirts and black skinny jeans. Her plugsuit is dark grey with ice blue lining.
Age: 17
Skills: Eva Pilot.
Bio: Astarte's mother died shortly after she gave birth to her, two years before Second Impact. At the time of the Impact, her father was working and she was alone with a babysitter. The babysitter abandoned her, and her father never came home.
By the grace of a looter breaking into Astarte's house she was saved and ended up in an orphanage where she spent the rest of her childhood. She listened to her teachers, did as she was told and never put a foot out of line, or did more than she was obligated to do. It was a shock to her and those around her when she was chosen for unknown reasons by the Marduk Institute to pilot an Eva. With no other real prospects, she consented.

Evangelion
Designation: Prototype
Appearance: Mostly black except for two white lines up the length of each arm and white shoulder plating. The top-row teeth and entire head except for the jaw are also white. Protruding from between the eyes is a silver blade that sweeps back across the length of the head with the razor edge facing outwards. The Eva also has two fang-like teeth that protrude further than the rest from the upper set.
The Prog knife has a black hilt with a white blade.
Custom Weapons: Bladed head-ornament, white 'claws' set into the wrists (two per wrist) which are concealed until extended (extending another hand-length beyond the Eva's hands).

Other: Astarte has reported hearing a faint screeching noise within her entry plug, though it has never been successfully recorded, nor has a possible cause been found (except for possible fault in Astarte's own mental condition).
