What do you want to know? It's a story told through dialogue. The first few lines in italics are the male's comments to the reader.
It's a story about a guy who hates this bitchy girl, except he likes her eyes.
...Well, they both kind of hate each other.
That's all I can come up with as an explanation, given the situation I am currently in.

I sometimes say that Ashley has horse teeth. For some odd reason, Kisukefan appears to be obsessed with her.
