Intro and Sign-Up

I'm not sure wether or not you have RPed before, but we do it script-like here, as you might have noticed. This means (mostly) that you can only control your character and none other, but I would rad the Handy Dandy Tutorial topic in Free Discussion for a better explanation. Also, and because this is an original RP, we're not really naming skills, so you might wanna add which kind of special skills you can use under Fighting Style. Anyway, accepted. I'll introduce you in the next post, if by then you have updated the form.

Hopefully that fixed it. And I read the handy dandy guide. I was pretty confused, to be honest. o_x

If you have MSN, I can explain it to you, but the best way is really to read the RPs. About the Limit Break, the Aeldi give those to people and you haven't met one yet, so you can't have one yet. (The others don't either, actually). But yeah, next time you meet an Aeldi you'll get yours. I'm also changing their name. I'll introduce you as soon as Wolf posts.

Oh I know he can't get one. I'm just saying that when he gets one, he can ONLY perform it while in his sword style. Sorta gives him a handicap and condition for using it. And right-o, I'll wait.

Okay so, just in case, here are the characters' weapon types, in case I decide to insert one or two as treasure here and there.

Fights with sheaths? So he carries a sword around and when a fight comes about he tells someone else to use the sword while he fights with the sheath?

Shops will be organized much like in FFX, but won't be available 24/7. I will make sure to mention available shops upon the characters' arrival at certain locations so they can choose to go and see what's for sale.

Bio: An assassin for hire and outlaw banished by his own elven people for slaying several of their elders. He hails from the islands but was living in the Toros badlands until, on a whim, he decided to try and exort the king of Alda for money by hijacking his daughter's escort en route from a party held by a Toran Noble. The plan backfired spectaculerly both in that his men were killed by Aldanian knights and that he is now been forced into servitude by the Princess of Alda. He has gone from a feared assassin to little more than a glorified butler itching to go out and do something better.
Weapons/Fighting Style: Lucien fights with a pair of wakizashi ether using a normal grip but more commonly a reverse grip. He is a talented magic user and is well versed in illusionary magic. He can also pool magic into his own shadow to cause it to change form and manifesting dozens of shadowy clawed arms from it.

Try and be a little more specific regarding his illusionary magicks.

Ah, its mirror based, he basically can make illusionary copies of himself or other things that have no physical presence.

I'll just leave this here.

Aeldi can be summoned at all times and will lose energy and stamina much like any character when fighting and casting. They will be dismissed upon defeat or if they run out of energy. This will be controlled like MP. Having them out for long periods of time and using powerful spells will obviously speed up the process. "Reviving" Aeldi will be explained in the RP whenever one needs it for the first time.

Name: Crowley Vendextrus

Bio: Crowley was born into the very wealthy noble family of the Vendextrus in Toros, and was trained in martial arts while he was there, and due to his noble status, was able to afford the highest amounts of training. He was also at the top of his class in school. However, he was eventually framed for stealing a rare artifact that he didn't so much as involve himself in. His family turned their backs on him after that, and everyone else would have loved nothing more than to see the young noble put to death for his apparent heist. However, as luck was on his side on the day that he would have been executed, a group of thieves kidnapped him and took him to their hideout in Sephira. After explaining everything to the thieves, and giving them everything he had on him as a token of his gratitude, they allowed him to join their ranks. And so, Crowley was trained in the arts of assassination and thievery, which reminded him very much of a ninja as he trained. He eventually earned their trust and became their new leader, and was granted with the legendary Shadow Master blade as proof of his success as the leader. He currently leads his band of thieves in Sephira.
Weapons/Fighting Style:
Crowley fights with a combination of his Shadow Master blade, martial arts and acrobatic skills he learned from his family, and small throwing knives that he hides in his pockets. He utilizes his speed as a thief/ninja, and, combined with his other weapons, make him a deadly fighter. When he's fighting normally, he tends to be a calm, strategic fighter that plans everything carefully; however, if he's fighting and his opponent is beating him by a good margin, a second personality of sorts awakens within him, causing him to fight much more aggressively, using all of his weapons to their full ability and becoming a temporary master of fighting, in return for the fact that he becomes mostly insane during this time and borders on impossible to talk out of.

Other: It's unknown why he acts like he does after getting into a serious fight like that. Nothing has ever been mentioned of it and he forgets completely about everything that happens when he's in that state.

Yep. Another acrobatic fighter. If I knew it was such a popular choice, I'd have chosen a different fighting style, but too late now.

There isn't any character with a fighting style quite like yours. Lucien maybe, but so far he's been using his magic mostly, so. Either way, it's fine. I just wish I could get the story moving already.

So, Origin is now free and set out to destroy Humanking. After bringing down the Royal Palace of Sephira and kiling its King, he disappears. The group wakes up several days later, and doesn't hear about Origin's location whatsoever during the 6 months that follow. They remain alert, but are forced to go back to semi-normal lives as they wait for him to take the first step.

-If your character undergoes any major change during those 6 months, this is the time to post the modified bio.

Alto's training to harness the power locked inside him has forced him to build a bit of muscle though most of it is lean and toned. His hair has gotten longer has returned to its natural blond color. Alto wears a somewhat tight sleeveless shirt (like in the pic) that is midnight blue in color with silver accents. over this he wears a pure white longcoat with imagery of the moon embroidered on it in fine silver. He wears black pants and white boots.

Bio: Alto was born, raised, and continues to live within the the Kingdom of Alda. You wouldn't know it by his gruff, uncouth, and blunt manner of speaking but he's actually of noble birth and would be able to enjoy a life of luxury. However he has the personality of a barbarian and chooses to pick fights and generally be a rabble rouser. After he defeated Creed's entire battalion of royal knights in battle Creed saw fit to drag him to the capital and indoctrinate him into knighthood. Knights who serve under the rulers of the kingdom of Alda. After a string of downright miraculous victories that should have been lost by any right, he was made a general, much to Creed's horror because now he had to work for the punk, who seldom follows code of conduct or the dress code.

Much of Alto's past has come to light such as his family's dark history and the true nature of his birth. After the battle he vanished supposedly to seek out Luna and receiving training at her shrine...

Weapons/Fighting Style: White Serpent, the sword given to him by Derek's late uncle, the king, White Serpent has been the sword he has become most familiar with. Alto's swordsmanship has been refined under the tutelage of a nameless swordsman from the other world. Alto has also blasted open the dam holding back his true potential thanks to Luna now granting him full access to his light magic. With both of these he is a formidable opponent wielding both the deftness of a swordsman and the arcane might of a talented mage.

Name: Creed Baticule

Age: 18
Appearance: Creed

Creed's gone through a bit of a late growth spurt and now actually looks his age and not like a fourteen year old girl. His hair is still the same pale yet vibrant shade of red and his skin is still as fair and soft as before but he now carries an air of command befitting someone of noble birth.

Bio: Creed is the son of a dutches and was always given the life of luxury. He learned how to behave, how to act, and a bit of swordplay. He took to the swordplay quite nicely and become quite fearsome. Enough that when a commander from the royal knights challenged him he knocked the cocky bastard down a peg. Hearing this he was inducted and made a part of the royal knights. During a brief rest in one of the minor cities, he and his detachment were returning from a border skirmish with some brigands, he and his men happened upon a commotion. Someone was starting a fight and breaking the law. Seeing to it to break it up he sent his men forward only to watch them get trashed by a rough upstart. Creed's jaw was slack. Afterwards he ended up bringing the boy who was a year his junior to the capital where he was made a knight. He thought that was the end of that but when Alto was made a general he was put under his command. He's had nothing but headaches since then.

More of Creed's past has also come to light as his real ties to Alto have been revealed. He is in fact Alto's older brother. Currently working under Derek to help rebuild.

Weapons/Fighting Style: Pureheart Creed's new sword is another sword from the old armory. This time the sword was given to its new owner by Derek. Creed has trained with this lighter, sharper blade and while he has reached some level of skill with it he isn't as good as he'd like to be. He's also made progress in unarmed combat as well as mastering his new found ice magic thanks to [s]the very sexy[/s] Celsius.

Bio: With her home destroyed, she took Kentaro's offer to live with him in his crappy little shack in the woods six feet outside of Sephira with the Jade Rabbit.

Other: More adept with a gun than before.

Appearance: Shaggy, shoulder length red hair, green eyes, black leather jacket over a white shirt, black denim pants, single gun hung low on his waist, and regular shoes with spurs attatched
Bio: Now living with Kari and the Jade Rabbit since her house was destroyed, he helped her become more effecient with a gun. Since screwing around and doing what he normally did is no longer an option he's been going about attemping to buckle down and act his age. He also believes he may have exaggerated a bit when he thought Kari has Anthropophobia.
Weapons/Fighting A single gun.
Others: Has a younger brother living somewhere.

Description: An Aldanian captain. She wears silver armor and fights with dual blades, and she is a also a proficient dark magic user, manipulating shadows and darkness in general. Light skin, light brown eyes and long brown hair tied in a ponytail of mid-back length.

Name: Aera Turmill
Age: 20
Description: A Sephiran airship and sea ship pilot. She wears grey and white sailor uniform shirt and beret and grey balloon shorts, all with details in turquoise. She isn't known to possess any fighting skills. She has light skin, blue eyes and long blond hair. Her only family is her younger brother, a soldier of the Sephiran army.

Name: Crone Ubier
Age: Hundreds of years, appears to be 24
Description: Once a sad young orphan of the ancient city of Yurion, he volunteered to become a lab rat for a new project being developed by researchers attempting to control Aeldi. He ended up trapping the leader of all Aeldi, Origin, within him and became immortal, destroying Yurion. He has now been freed of Origin. He is a wealthy man, though no one knows exactly why. Pale skin, light blue eyes and silver hair tied in a ponytail.

Description: A young very skilled thief belonging to a gang led by Crowley. He is arrogant and unfriendly, and his past is unknown to seemingly everyone. He specializes in combining knives and fire magic. He has short messy black hair, blue eyes and light skin. Wears a sleeveless turtleneck shirt, baggy jeans, fingerless gloves and boots, all of which are black, as well as bronze shoulder plates.
